The thrusts of our Spare Parts Warehousing, Inventory & Logistics business model is the “Uniqueness of concept and the Portal, which captures vitals such as inventory age, movement to integration or inter-warehouse, frequencies, obsolescence, and origin, to assist prompt and appropriate management decisions.
OVL Group provides Warehousing Infrastructures and Inventory Management, using our Proprietary Software as tool for storage and movement of Transmission Equipment, Spare Parts, Installation Accessories, New Equipment Receipts, Faulty and Obsolete equipment processing with records, including Reverse Logistics (RVSL).
The Warehousing & Inventory Managed Services includes Packing, Issuing and Shipping Spare Parts/Equipment for Out-bound In-bound logistics within Nigeria, from Lagos main hub to sites and regional hubs and periodic Out-bound shipping outside Nigeria.
On request, we can provide Laboratory/Repair Centre, with physical infrastructure necessary for the Transmission Equipment Testing/Repair Lab to function at optimum, accommodated on same location within the Spare Parts Managed Services Warehouse, to receive, test, repair and categorize after subjecting every equipment to regular and random tests, to ascertain the status of every equipment, to determine appropriate treatment.
